It necessitates market awareness and rewards creativity by working with the content from leading authors spanning decades.
The Senior Editor is responsible for editorial and product development of Thomas Nelson and Zondervan products. This individual will work with the Sr. Director, Publishing to strategize and manage title plans for product categories to ensure Renew produces the budgeted amount of product to meet annual fiscal goals.

The Marketing Manager for HarperChristian Resources (HCR) leads the development and execution of Bible study curriculum marketing campaigns, focusing on key audiences of pastors, small group leaders, and people who do Bible study. This role creates marketing strategies and executes all marketing tactics for 20-25 new Bible study titles annually, achieving each title’s sales goals, staying within each title’s marketing budget, managing author and agent expectations and participation, and often collaborating with other HarperCollins Christian Publishing (HCCP) teams.
Critical to this role is clear, timely communication as well as strong working relationships with authors and agents, sales reps and retailers, publishers and publisher marketing teams, and external partners. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, high personal integrity, a strong work ethic, the ability to manage by influence, a high degree of attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
