Must be able to operate forklift to put away product and pick product from racks for orders, unload pallets from trucks and load pallets on trucks, as needed.

Warehouse Workers / Returns Processing Line

Position Overview: Must have some previous warehouse experience with proven record of excellent attendance.
Warehouse worker in LaPorte, Indiana, processing returned books. Work in individualized stations, with computer system and scanners to process credits to customers. Collect product from conveyor line, sort, and put in designated locations. Use pallet jack to move material as needed.
This position is located out of our Harlequin Depew, New York facility and can be done partially remotely.
HarperCollins is looking to fill the role of Advantage CS System Administrator. Advantage CS is a third party subscription management platform that supports the HarperCollins I Can Read Book Club program. Advantage CS provides the core functionality for the back office of the program, including, subscriber management, order management, product catalog, promotions, and much more. This system is also integrated with financial (JDE), and Warehouse (PKMS) system. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Advantage CS and all operational activities, and issue resolutions related to it. An ideal candidate will have experience working on a small team and in a startup environment. A successful candidate will take ownership of the Advantage CS system, establish a positive working relationship with the vendor, and contribute constructively to the I Can Read Book Club team at HarperCollins.

This is a small, driven team focused on scaling and expanding our direct-to-consumer subscription business to young readers and their families.
Uses automatic forklift and RF technology equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse to replenish, stage and cycle count product to meet production timelines.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8 pm - 4:30 am
