This position will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for several key authors. These comprehensive campaigns for assigned titles include (but are not limited to) marketing positioning, consumer messaging, media planning and buying, social media strategy, live events, budgeting, and ROI analysis for each campaign. In partnership with authors, agents, editors, vendors, retail sales and other team members, the Sr. Marketing Manager applies an integrated approach to meet sales goals.

This position is responsible for assisting with the transition of royalties to a new software system and, following implementation, ongoing support of global royalties. A prospective candidate for this role will benefit from a background in royalties (book publishing royalties experience is preferred) and understand how to maintain and process data in a royalty system. A candidate must be extremely thorough and detail oriented. There will be considerable reconciliation and data management involved with the position. A candidate will need the ability to accurately understand and apply publishing contracts. This global royalty position often works hours aligned with those of European offices (7 hours ahead of Central Time), or offices in the Eastern U.S. time zone.
