The Vice President, Online & Digital Sales is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy that drives HarperCollins' online and digital revenue across the U.S. publishing divisions and Harper360. Reporting to senior leadership, this role leads the organization's largest online retail partnerships and is accountable for accelerating growth across digital retailers, e-commerce, international markets, and emerging business models.
This executive serves as the company's senior commercial leader for online channels, translating consumer trends, retailer insights, data analytics, and marketplace innovation into sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with Editorial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Data Science, and Metadata teams, the Vice President will identify growth opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, optimize operational execution, and lead a high-performing sales organization.

The salary range for this position is $200,000-$250,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
