Overview

The Online & Digital Sales internship role is a unique opportunity for someone who loves a challenge and is eager to learn more about book sales in the online and digital marketplace. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, knowledge of excel, an awareness of marketplace trends, and an interest in the digital landscape.

 

Join a team of dynamic, innovative, hands-on national account reps responsible for bringing print, ebooks and audiobooks to an ever-changing marketplace. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the strategy, nomination, and tracking of Amazon merchandising.
  • Support Print and Ebook Deals through deal monitoring, screenshots and results analysis
  • Track and review distribution client sales opportunities on Amazon
  • Engage in Trends & Backlist Opportunity Projects
  • Help create account marketing materials, such as regular newsletters and publicity updates for retail and library accounts
  • Spotify and Digital Audio Account Support and projects
  • Prepare online catalog (Edelweiss) collections, sales presentations, list catalogues, and seasonal title presentations to accounts
  • Supporting the Online & Digital Sales team with day-to-day tasks and other projects as needed, for example: collecting manuscripts, sales conference prep & pulling promo codes for digital accounts

Qualifications

  • Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible for this internship; open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry level candidates with up to two years of work experience. 
  • Candidates must be available to work 21 hours per week across 3 or 4 days, from February 9 to April 17, 2026, at the location specified in the job description. This internship is compensated at a rate of $18 per hour.

  • Ideal candidates are either currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program.
