The Manager of Social Media & Partner Marketing is responsible for the day-to-day, customer-first management and growth of multiple consumer brand social media accounts. This role supports brand performance through smart, data-informed content execution, hands-on campaign delivery, and strong collaboration across teams. The Manager will drive impressions, engagement, traffic, and revenue through compelling organic content, ongoing channel optimization, and meaningful partnerships. In addition to managing daily social execution for assigned brands, this role will also play a key part in scaling emerging sales channels, including TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing.The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, excited by performance insights and driven to create content that resonates and performs across platforms.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $75,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, we aim for flexibility in structuring competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
