HarperCollins 360, publisher of the #1 New York Times bestselling Dream Harbor series and Tina: The Dog Who Changed the World, is seeking a Publicity Manager to join the New York-based team of this global publishing and distribution program, publishing a select group of titles from HarperCollins UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and India into the US marketplace.
The position is responsible for implementation and management of the strategic public relations plans for HarperCollins 360 titles and works closely with the Affiliate Publisher to ensure brands and authors are developed on all levels using both traditional and digital methods. This is a truly unique opportunity to take your publicity career to the next level.
We are a small and innovative team looking for someone with experience working with both non-fiction and fiction titles and an interest in a wide variety of genres. Experience with romance, romantasy, and commercial women’s fiction a plus. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, we aim for flexibility in structuring competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
