We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Publicity with experience working on literary fiction and nonfiction, who has the media connections and drive to successfully execute high caliber publicity campaigns across Ecco’s wide-ranging list. This position will report to the VP of Publicity at Ecco.
The ideal candidate is confident in overseeing campaigns from start to finish with the ability to pivot and be nimble as the news cycle and opportunities develop. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working autonomously within the tight-knit, dynamic and highly collaborative Ecco publicity team. Very strong communication skills are invaluable for this position as is creativity.

The salary range for this position is $100,000- $115,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, we aim for flexibility in structuring competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
