We specialize in publishing a wide range of meaningful, beautifully crafted titles including devotionals, seasonal gift books, lifestyle books, and more. From bestselling authors like Max Lucado, Lysa TerKeurst, Emily Ley, Sadie Robertson Huff, and David Jeremiah, to beloved brands, our imprint is dedicated to publishing works that uplift and transform lives.
Between the two imprints, we release 18-20 authored titles annually and general interest campaigns for 8-10 proprietary titles. We place a strong focus on elevating our previously released titles—allowing ample opportunity for creativity and variety—in a fun and dynamic workplace.
The Marketing Manager provides marketing, email, organic social, digital, and content support for the Thomas Nelson and Zondervan marketing team and its roster of authors. This position works closely with other members of our top-performing marketing team and the director of publicity to ensure the highest level of visibility of our authors and content.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Nashville office.

Execute General Administration and Invoice Management:
Knowledge/Work Experience: 4 or more years of marketing experience. Experience with Google Ad Words and Google Analytics required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Industry Knowledge: Interest in and basic understanding of the Christian nonfiction category and book publishing preferred.
Skills:
Work Environment: Collaborative, quickly changing, and supportive. Does involve some repetitive work (data entry, mailing fulfillment) and lifting up to 25lb (mailing fulfillment, event organizing).
