We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead engaging, data-driven email and SMS campaigns while driving loyalty programs that keep our community excited and connected. In this role, you’ll work closely with our DTC Brand and Product Management teams to ensure seamless execution of our communication strategy—delivering the right message, to the right readers, at the right time. This role will collaborate on copywriting efforts, providing creative direction, and shape campaign messaging to ensure brand voice consistency while driving engagement and conversion.
The ideal candidate is a creative, results-driven marketer with a strong background in email and SMS marketing, a growth mindset, and the ability to turn data into compelling consumer experiences. The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, we aim for flexibility in structuring competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
