Overview

We are currently seeking an Analyst to support the Financial Data team within the finance department. This position is the perfect opportunity for someone who likes to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Data team in the processing and analysis of financial data, specifically revenue.
  • Responsible for verification and reconciliation of monthly digital revenue sales files.
  • Coordinate revenue file input with data warehouse team and sign off on data.
  • Coordinate processing of data with international affiliates.
  • Work with existing and new vendors in setting up reporting and payment requirements.
  • Assist in rollout of several digital revenue projects involving analysis of POS data and user applications.
  • Compile reporting and supplemental detail as needed for finance and accounting teams globally.
  • Assist in the resolution of any outstanding AR discrepancies.
  • Document existing workflows and SOP’s.
  • Fulfill audit requests made by internal and external auditors.
  • Assist with special projects as necessary and any additional responsibilities assigned at manager’s discretion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting or economics
  • Ability to work with large amounts of financial data
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts and principals
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, written and interpersonal skills
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of management
  • Meets deadlines and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues and takes initiative to drive projects forward
  • Experience in the following systems is preferred:  Microsoft Suite, JD Edwards, BI reporting, third-party vendor portals

The salary for this position is $60,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.
