Who We Are: StudyGateway is a leading streaming platform offering an extensive library of video Bible studies from some of the world’s most inspiring teachers, authors, and pastors. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Brand Marketing Manager with experience in digital marketing to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our specialized in-house marketers, including creative, lifecycle, performance, social media, and partnership marketing teams, and work cross-functionally with our product, development, and publishing teams at HarperCollins Christian Publishing.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

  • Strategic Planning: Partner in the creation and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance user engagement, and support retention, aligning seamlessly with StudyGateway’s mission and objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. Oversee day-to-day marketing tasks, coordinating with team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Creative Development: Work with the creative team on the development of multi-channel marketing initiatives, transforming ideas into compelling stories and visuals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics and data insights to guide decision-making and fine-tune campaigns for performance and ROI. Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to assess the success of marketing strategies, offering strategic recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Copywriting: Craft engaging copy for a variety of channels, including website content, email marketing, social media, and promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging with the goals of both customer acquisition and retention.
  • Customer Service Liaison: Work closely with the customer service team to understand subscriber feedback, addressing issues, and improving the overall customer experience.
  • Operations Support: Assist with platform operations, including content updates, user interface optimizations, and working with the development team to troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications

Work Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or a similar field, with strong familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and platform operations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, English, communications, digital media, or a related field.

 

Skills:

  • Proven experience collaborating with various teams in a dynamic, digital-first environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to think about the customer journey and experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms, particularly in Google Analytics 4.

 

The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $75,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.  As a result, we aim for flexibility in structuring competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates.  The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
