The School & Library Marketing team at HarperCollins is seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Marketing Coordinator. The School & Library team works across all age categories and focuses on titles with appeal in the educational and library market, including promoting titles that go on to win prestigious awards like the Newbery and Caldecott Medals. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the children’s and adult library marketing managers to create and execute title marketing promotions, including educational guides, marketing decks, and social media copy and graphics.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves books, is a strong writer and communicator, is very detail oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role reports to the Manager of School & Library Marketing.
This is a hybrid position based out of our New York office.

The salary range for this position is $50,700-$53,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
