If so, good news: HarperCollins/Clarion Children’s Books is seeking an Editorial Assistant to provide administrative and editorial support to a collaborative, mission-driven team. The Editorial Assistant will support two seasoned editors on a range of projects, including picture books, the I Can Read line for beginning readers, as well as select middle grade and graphic novels—by award-winning/bestselling authors, illustrators, and debut creators.
This is a hybrid position based out of our New York office.

The salary for this position is $48,500. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
