The DTC Project Manager leads all cross-functional product delivery for HarperCollins Christian Publishing’s eCommerce businesses. They are a process-oriented leader capable of understanding and documenting 360-degree project scope across multiple business units and driving project delivery through completion with consistency and executional excellence.
This role begins at project kick off, leading requirements gathering across technology teams, marketing and operations to create a clear picture of the full scope of work to be done, dependencies, risks and timelines. The Project Manager leads cross functional projects from requirements to completion, with a focus on smooth process, adherence to timelines and clear communication for all stakeholders. They work towards constant process improvement, with regular retrospectives and process iterations.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
