The Harlequin Trade Publicity team is currently seeking a Publicity Assistant. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Publicity, the Publicity Assistant supports the publicity team and works on publicity campaigns for the Harlequin Trade Publishing (HTP) team. The assistant will work with hardcover and trade titles among our Graydon House, Hanover Square Press, HQN, Park Row Books, and MIRA imprints, for bestselling and award-winning authors; such as Pam Jenoff, Dan Abrams, Tarryn Fisher, Susan Mallery, and others. Responsibilities include administrative duties to support the team (such as mailings and book submissions), as well as gaining hands-on experience working on title publicity campaigns, including press materials creation, media networking and pitching, and booking author tours and special events (virtually and in-person).
This role is currently based out of New York, New York. You will need to commute to the office when it reopens.
