William Morrow is looking for a social-media savvy Associate Director, Marketing to oversee the strategy, execution, voice, design and analytics for the social accounts for all Morrow imprints and platforms including Morrow, Dey Street, Avon romance, Harper Voyager, Book Club Girl and Custom House. This role will liaise and act as an expert for authors with heavy-social media preorder/on-sale campaigns and work with our digital sales teams to execute D2C campaigns across front and backlist properties. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing to consumers using a mix of digital and traditional channels, can write about books in an accessible way, and is always on the lookout for new ways to approach marketing across platforms.
