The HarperCollins Digital Sales and Marketing Team is seeking a Sales Support Associate to support two National Account Reps responsible for all adult ebook and digital audio sales. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of account management, sales analysis, and digital marketing while working with digital audio, the fastest growing category in book publishing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to National Account Reps, including, but not limited to:
    • Maintain schedule of ebook and digital audio promotions.
    • Create and update monthly new release PowerPoint presentation, as well as weekly market reports, for accounts.
    • Generate regular channel and promotion reports to keep publishers apprised of account and title performance.
    • Assist with mailings, spreadsheets, reports and other digital account data as needed.
  • Work directly with select accounts to grow sales.
  • Handle other projects as needed and assigned by your manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience required
  • Impeccable organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills, for both list management and basic analysis, strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a large number of stakeholders, a must
  • Ability to set priorities under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
