    This brands position within the children’s and gift group works on adult and children’s products for our bestselling brands, like Jesus Calling and Max Lucado to name a few!

     

    Our ideal candidate for the Senior Marketing Manager position is someone immersed in social media, a hyper-focus on organization, and a heart for life-changing ministry.

    Responsibilities

    • Create social media strategy and execution for brands, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest. Also, evaluating new platform opportunities, such as Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
    • Stay on top of cutting-edge trends and opportunities that could be applied to brand marketing
    • Track and analyze KPIs for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns to make adjustments as necessary
    • Manage digital advertising, including social media ads, AMS ads, search engine advertising, etc. This includes developing highly-targeted audiences and relevant messaging with proven ROI.
    • Help formulate marketing plans and suggested content enhancements for apps
    • Partner with Marketing Director to conduct marketing research on brands – identifying core consumers and new consumer segments to target
    • Creation of marketing presentations for internal and external audiences
    • Ability to craft effective messaging, branding, and marketing storytelling
    • Oversees managing of live event logistics

    Qualifications

    Work Experience:

    • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience with an emphasis on digital marketing and brand management
    • Experience working in a multi-tasking deadline-driven environment

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising, or related field

    Industry Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of the Christian market is strongly preferred
    • Proven track record of targeting consumer segments through social media platforms resulting in sales, lead generation, etc.
    • Knowledge of presentation software, such as PowerPoint, KeyNote, Prezi, etc., preferred

    Skills:

    • A love of discovering new marketing trends
    • Deep knowledge of social media strategies and tools/applications within that space
    • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects. Strong organizational, time management skills with attention to detail. Must be able to work independently under tight deadlines and possess the skill to set priorities and problem solve.
    • Knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager, Google/YouTube ads, etc.
    • Working knowledge of SEO best practices
    • Strong experience in Microsoft Office.
    • Preferred working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
    • Exceptional written and oral communications skills
