    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a data driven intern to join the Marketing Operations team and assist with analyzing marketing data, PPC advertising campaigns and Social Media Management. In addition to aiding the marketing operations team with areas of digital marketing this intern will also gain a deeper understanding of import role marketing operations plays from an organizational, governance and maintenance standpoint. 

     

    The intern will:

    • Assist with Google and Facebook advertising including keywords research, writing ad copy, and evaluating success.
    • Find marketing opportunities through researching and evaluating trends, website, and social media data.
    • Manage a Social Media Community on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, including but not limited to:
      • Social content creation and scheduling
      • Interacting with users
      • Promoting products through ads, Facebook live, and social posts
    • Help draft reports on our affiliate retailer program performance
    • Attend meetings with marketing teams, including but not limited to Report Reviews, analytics and PPC Strategy Sessions.

    Qualifications

    Education: Fall 2020 Junior, Senior or Graduate Student majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Publicity

     

    Industry Knowledge: Candidates should have a passionate interest digital marketing and analytics. General understanding of the Christian market or publishing industry is a plus, but not required. 

     

    Skills:

    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
    • Familiarity with marketing analytics
    • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
    • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with good use of tact and diplomac 
    • Google Analytics and Keyword Research experience a plus
    • Strong Organizational Skills
    • Detail-Oriented
    • Self-Starter/Proactive
    • Professional Conduct
    • Multi-tasker
    • Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written
