The Sr. Marketing Director for Zondervan Bibles directs and oversees all marketing initiatives for new release and backlist title sales goals across all Zondervan Bibles. Develops strategies and executing plans to ensure both sell-in and sell-through results. The Sr. Marketing Director (SMD) is responsible for leading Sr. Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and Sr. Associate Marketing Manager in the development of innovative marketing plans, execution of those plans and measuring the resulting performance. Additionally, the SMD is responsible for measurement of ROI for implemented programs, making adjustments as necessary, and/or launching phase two plans as required. SMD manages the Zondervan Bible marketing budgets, establishes title budget parameters, tracks budget spends, and reports to the SVP of Marketing.
Work Experience: 8+ years of highly complex marketing experience, 4+ years managing direct reports and experience leading a business unit or function.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, Master’s Degree preferred but not required.
