  • Overview



    HarperCollins is currently seeking a Mailroom Clerk to work 20 hours per week (part-time) in our San Francisco office.


    • Ships outgoing and incoming UPS packages and mail.
    • Sorts through and distributes incoming packages and mail.
    • Responds to questions from staff regarding the status of packages.
    • Coordinates order of office supplies.
    • Coordinates order of printed materials such as business cards, letterhead, mailing labels, etc.
    • Codes operations invoices.
    • Maintain the in-print library- and the out-of-print library.
    • Copying projects as needed and velo production.


    • College degree or equivalent work experience
    • College level use of the English language
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and prioritization  
    • Interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
    • Must be able to lift boxes up to 20 pounds
