    Responsibilities

    Essential Responsibilities: The marketing intern will be responsible for making strategic, measurable impact on product sales, and achieving set project goals to advance the reach and revenue of the department’s product line.

     

    The intern will:

    • Align with marketing managers to develop marketing programs that drive sales for key product lines and sales channels
    • Manage tracking of key performance indicators, and suggest ways to improve reporting to inform decisions
    • Develop content for marketing initiatives, including copy, images, and video.
    • Support the marketing team on product launches, and other duties as required
    • Attend and contribute to key product development and marketing meetings
    • Provide a capstone presentation of learnings and recommendations to the team

    Qualifications

    Must be a Fall 2019 College Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student

     

    Skills Required:

    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
    • Research skills with strong attention to detail
    • Basic knowledge of social media and its benefits for marketing purposes         
    • Team player with the ability to work independently       
    • Photography and video experience a plus

    Industry Knowledge: Candidates should have a working knowledge of how Marketing, Public Relations and Sales work together. General understanding of the Christian market is a plus, but not required.
