The Senior Marketing Associate supports the Nelson Books marketing team with general marketing, digital marketing, public relations, and administrative activities around its portfolio of book products. This team member helps develop and execute marketing plans for new product launches (approximately 40 new titles per year) and promote sales of existing products.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing and consumer behavior principles. Familiarity with digital marketing practices, metadata application, and public relations foundations (media pitching and outreach).
Work Experience: 2-4 years of general marketing, digital marketing, public relations, or marketing/public relations/ad agency experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, or strategic communications.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Christian authors and media outlets a plus.
