HarperCollins has an industry-leading consumer insight program that helps us to drive marketplace success for our authors. Our primary tool for gathering consumer insights is a group of 5 proprietary consumer insight communities, consisting of highly engaged readers in the US and UK. These communities help us generate insights to drive key aspects of our relationship with authors, from acquisition to concept testing and marketing/sales planning.
We currently have an exciting opportunity within this team to help drive the project forward by generating consumer insight and inspiring its use in our US General Books and US Children's businesses, as well as participating in global research activities across our international divisions.
