The Receptionist provides excellent customer service to our visitors, vendors and employees that enter the building or call the office. The Receptionist also provides general customer service support and related tasks.
Knowledge/Work Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a receptionist, preferred, previous experience as a Customer Service Rep preferred, experience with multi-line phone system strongly preferred and experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One preferred.
Education: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of HarperCollins Christian Publishing products, as well as that of competitors, preferred
