    HarperCollins Publishers is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join its Sales division! The Digital Marketing Associate works closely with multifunctional teams, internal customers, and Marketing & Sales leadership to optimize and grow our digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising and programmatic advertising campaigns. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for end-to-end organization of advertising campaigns that contribute to overall revenue and benefit our authors – from planning and implementation to monitoring and optimization. This position will report into the Senior Director, Audience Development.


    • Partner with Marketing & Sales teams to determine and execute digital marketing strategy.
    • Build and execute digital and performance marketing campaigns (via both self-serve platforms and managed services).
    • Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns on a regular basis.
    • Test keyword bids and ad copy to continually improve key metrics (clicks, conversions) across campaigns.
    • Act as a key source of performance marketing knowledge for the business.
    • Share learnings and best practices with other global divisions in bi-monthly meetings.
    • Traffic creative assets between relevant stakeholders.


    • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar or related role required
    • Hands-on experience with paid search and display advertising
    • Experience with programmatic, a plus
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • A Curiosity regarding emerging digital advertising channels, and how to optimize results therein
    • A love of books!
