Olive Tree Bible Software, a division of HarperCollins Christian Publishing, is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join our creative and high-performing marketing team and assist with email marketing and SEO strategy for Olive Tree, whose Bible apps reach more than 1 million users each month.
In this role, the Digital Marketing Associate will have a range of marketing and advertising responsibilities.
Under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Associate will focus on email marketing, content marketing and SEO strategies to increase impressions to new app users and conversions of existing app users, including but not limited to:
Strong competencies in email marketing, writing, editing, advertising and SEO techniques, but also an interest and knowledge of trends in graphic design, audience engagement, lead generation, sales funnels, conversion strategies, and content marketing.
Areas of Exposure/Experience:
Work Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in publishing, marketing, mass media, advertising or related field
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Media Studies, Marketing, Theology, Business, a related field, or equivalent work experience
Industry Knowledge: Email Marketing, SEO, Bible study products, digital Bible study applications, marketing/advertising
Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also a strong team member who can also effectively communicate with the team throughout the creative process
Extremely detail-oriented and organized with high standards for quality of their work
Natural tendency to focus on optimizing performance, always striving for better results
