    Essential Responsibilities: The audio sales and marketing intern will be responsible for assisting all efforts of the Audio Team from identifying product opportunities thru the sale of the products.


    The intern will:

    • Assist in creating materials that speak into the audiobook business
    • Coordinate Creative Guideline Forms for audiobook production casting
    • Assist in executing social media campaigns as related to marketing of audiobooks
    • Build and promote various web landing pages as related to audio
    • Researches/builds blogs lists focused on audio by genre
    • Work with Bloggers, Websites, and Magazines to curate and submit audiobooks for review opportunities and seasonal announcements
    • Maintain the Audio Sample Clip Library
    • Execute sampling of content on the web
    • Assist in writing blog posts and newsletters
    • Assist in mailings
    • Some clerical work (e.g. photocopying, filing, email, note taking, etc)


    Must be a Fall 2018 College Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student


    Skills Required:

    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
    • Basic knowledge of social media and its benefits for marketing purposes
    • Research skills                            
    • Canva design experience a plus     
    • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
