This position is responsible for developing and achieving both the company revenue and profit goals and relationship goals with assigned key account retailers.
Work Experience: minimum 5 years professional sales and/or marketing experience, preferably at a National Account level
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent work experience
Industry Knowledge: familiarity with CRS industry and evangelical subculture (required); understanding of basic business and retail finance; knowledge of publishing industry
Strong leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in negotiating
Ability to recognize and define strategic priorities
Ability to define roles and responsibilities and maintain accountability
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to set and manage priorities
Strong math aptitude and understanding of finance
